Lessons from the Optus 000 Crisis

It's easy to throw stones from outside the tent during a crisis, that's for sure.
As consumers, we can only judge Optus' actions based on what we're seeing and hearing through public channels.
Maybe there are key factors that we're missing. But on the surface, it definitely isn't pretty.
Here's my latest take on it, on Channel 9 Adelaide.
